At Made In Oldstead, we take our meal delivery service very seriously. We’ve taken everything we’ve learnt from our award-winning kitchens; to transform ingredients from our farm into luxury food box menus so you can taste the flavours of Tommy Banks’ cooking in the comfort of your own home.
This three-course menu takes you through some of our favourite flavours including beetroot, basil and raspberry.
Starter
Beetroot, Horseradish, Granola
Chewy dehydrated beetroots in beetroot liquor, served with horseradish goat’s curd, pickled beetroot discs and linseed granola. Finished with a dusting of beetroot powder.

Main
Chicken, Kale, Basil
Roasted chicken breast topped with chicken skin crumb, served alongside a confit chicken leg suet bun, garlic kale and basil emulsion. Finished with red wine jus and a drizzle of basil oil.
Optional Wine Pairing: Banks Brothers Canned Gamay Pinot Noir No. 14
Dessert
Choux, Raspberry, Hazelnut
Choux bun filled with hay infused crème patisserie, raspberry gel and sugared hazelnuts. Topped with a dusting ofraspberry sherbet.

This menu is designed to serve two people. It will be delivered to the comfort of your home by our third-party courier. Whilst we schedule your delivery for your chosen date, unexpected delays may occur beyond our control. Specialist packaging is designed to keep your food chilled during this transit time-period.
Need your order for a dinner party or special occasion? We advise to always allow an extra 24 hours and select your delivery date for the day prior to the event. Please contact enquiries@madeinoldstead.co.uk if you require further advice.
Please refrigerate your delivery as soon as possible and enjoy within 3 days of receipt (unless stated otherwise).
Food box orders may be packaged and sent in more than one delivery. Therefore, your orders may arrive separately. Food box sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
