£75.00At Made In Oldstead, we take our food boxes very seriously. We’ve taken everything we’ve learnt from our award-winning kitchens, to transform ingredients from our farm into luxury food box menus so you can taste the flavours of Tommy Banks’ cooking in the comfort of your own home.
This luxury food box for two celebrates one of our favourite ingredients – beef!
To start, roasted Hen of the Woods mushrooms with shallot compote, followed by beef short rib and glazed beetroots, finished with a chocolate fondant tart with plum gel.
Banks Brothers Charcuterie Box
Lets face it, is there really anything better than charcuterie and wine? We don’t think so.
Feast on a selection of some of the finest salami and lomo from our own rare-breed pigs, reared by us on our family farm, and curated for you by award-winning Lishman’s of Ilkley.
Enjoy alongside delicious Oldstead condiments, homemade Yorkshire focaccia, and of course not forgetting a can (or two!) of premium wine by Banks Brothers Drinks. Serves 2 people.
Banks Brothers Canned Wine
Banks Brothers was started by James & Tommy Banks in 2021, their passion for wine grew from working behind the bar at the family pub to importing bottles of fine wines for our restaurants.
The Black Swan and Roots, building great relationships with small vineyards all over the world along the way.
The wine world can seem ‘stuffy,’ and that’s just not their vibe. They’re here to shake things up, making wine-drinking more approachable, less pretentious,
and better for the planet, without sacrificing an ounce of quality.
