Our sell-out Chardonnay is back, with a 2021 vintage this time. We’re still using grapes from the same vines, made in the same way (11 months in large oak French barrels).

Whilst there are a lot of characteristics from our original No. 3, our No. 3.1 has a more intense, zippier acidity to it. Our No. 3 was rich and smooth, while this one has an added fruity intensity with a rich, smooth finish to it.

Apples, pears and butter shine through in this succulent and elegant Chardonnay.

Grapes from three different parts of the vineyard come together to bring their own special personality to the party. Those from the sunny south-facing slopes bring a zippy acidic streak, while the weighty and lustrous ones from the north add structure and complexity. Combined with the oak which adds a richness and elegance, you’re left with a complex wine with a creamy mouthfeel.

Each can is 250ml, perfect as a 125ml serve for two, or a large serve for one! Three cans is equivalent to a 75cl standard bottle of wine.
