Celeriac & lovage soup served with roasted hazelnut & seed crumb.

Starter

Beetroot, Burrata, Linseed

Chewy beetroots in a beetroot liquor with creamy burrata, pickled beetroot discs, samphire, and linseed granola. Finished with a drizzle of tagete oil.

Main Course

Tunworth & Truffle Wellington, Artichoke, Kale

Tunworth & truffle Wellington accompanied by accompanied by roasted artichoke, caramelised artichoke purée, pickled artichokes discs, garlic kale, artichoke crisps, chive oil, and finished with a rich mushroom jus.

Dessert

Douglas Fir, Lemon Verbena, Yoghurt

Douglas fir parfait with lemon verbena curd and a caramelised white chocolate crumb, with caramelised white chocolate shards, yoghurt and a dusting Douglas fit sherbet.
