Our handmade Lamb, Pea, & Mint pies are packed with delicious, slow braised lamb, fresh peas and mint in a luxurious lamb gravy, encased in all-butter pastry with a shortcrust lid. Hand-finished with a sprinkle of rosemary.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C Fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the pies evenly on the tray and spray or brush with egg yolk (if applicable). Bake in the oven for the 30-35 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from he foil moulds. These are only guidelines as appliances may vary. Adjust baking times according to your particular oven (conventional ovens may take longer than fan assisted). Always check that food is piping hot before serving.
