A pilsner made in collaboration with Turning Point Brewery in Knaresborough. Flavoured with woodruff grown in the the Black Swan Garden for a floral, bitter finish.
A balanced and refreshing pilsner style lager with a floral, bitter finish. With the addition of foraged woodruff to add an earthy complexity and a honey like sweetness. This beer is certified gluten free.
