This luxury vegetarian food box celebrates one of our favourite ingredients – hen of woods! To start, French onion soup with chive oil, followed by Hen of the Woods mushrooms and pulled mushroom suet bun, finished with a Douglas fir cremeux and lemon verbena curd.
