Designed for entertaining, this seven-course menu brings the flavours of Oldstead’s preservation season to your table. Begin with Douglas fir nuts and elegant canapés before moving through a seasonal amuse-bouche, sourdough with charcuterie, and a vibrant beetroot starter. The centrepiece is our signature salt-aged Beef Wellington with indulgent sides, followed by a decadent chocolate fondant dessert. Paired throughout with Banks Brothers wines, it’s an unforgettable dinner party experience
