£80.00At Made In Oldstead, we take our food boxes very seriously. We’ve taken everything we’ve learnt from our award-wining kitchens; to transform ingredients from our farm into luxury food box menus so you can taste the flavours of Tommy Banks’ cooking in the comfort of your own home.
This luxury food box for two celebrate on of our favourite ingredients – Douglas fir! To start, French onion soup with chive oil, followed by duck breast and pulled confit duck suet bun, finished with a Douglas fir cremeux and lemon verbena curd.
Tommy’s Pie Shop
Tommy’s Pies, born from Tommy’s love of all things pastry. Being a proud Yorkshireman, Tommy is passionate about pies, and these ones are particularly delicious, made with flaky, all-butter pastry, filled with only the best ingredients and topped with a shortcrust lid.
Banks Brothers Canned Wine
Banks Brothers was started by James & Tommy Banks in 2021, their passion for wine grew from working behind the bar at the family pub to importing bottles of fine wines for our restaurants.
The Black Swan and Roots, building great relationships with small vineyards all over the world along the way.
The wine world can seem ‘stuffy,’ and that’s just not their vibe. They’re here to shake things up, making wine-drinking more approachable, less pretentious,
