Our Kitchen Garden becomes a vibrant tapestry of fresh produce, hedgerows are rich with foraged finds, and our kitchen is led by instinct and immediacy. Nature is generous now, and every table reflects its depth and vitality.

From late spring into high summer, the farm is alive with colour and flavour; a time of effortless plenty, where cooking is shaped by what’s ready, ripe and gathered at its peak.

Take a journey through the Time of Abundance season with our four-course Core Menu. Featuring a chilled Sungold tomato soup, Yorkshire lamb served three ways and a blackcurrant & lemon verbena sponge, it is a celebration of the finest summer produce from our farm, kitchen garden and surrounding countryside.

Inspired by the lushest months in Oldstead, the Time of Abundance Vegetarian Signature Menu celebrates the peak of summer with the very best from our farm, kitchen garden and hand-foraged fields and hedgerows. Savour a six-course journey of exceptional vegetarian flavours, featuring sun-ripened Sungold tomatoes, luxurious burrata and a handcrafted beetroot Wellington at the centrepiece of the menu.
