Make Christmas dinner unforgettable with this indulgent four-course menu. Our Christmas Turkey Wellington menu begins with a seasonal cauliflower amuse-bouche, followed by a gravadlax and crab starter. For the main event, the Turkey Wellington takes centre stage, complete with Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce and more. Dessert is a festive choux bun filled with Christmas cake parfait, white chocolate and Mirabelle plum.

Cauliflower soup topped with cider-soaked raisins and Oldstead harissa dressing.
Starter
Salmon, Slaw, Croutes
Gravadlax salmon and crab rillettes served with whipped cream cheese, Hopical Storm slaw, pickled beetroot, dill emulsion, candied fennel and crispy rye & caraway croutes, perfect for sharing.

Wellington, Pigs in Blankets, Sprouts
Turkey Wellington served with pigs in blankets, heritage carrots, braised red cabbage, Yorkshire puddings, bacon & chestnut sprouts, horseradish crème fraiche, duck fat roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and red wine jus.
Paired with Banks Brothers Syrah Mourvèdre No. 1.1
Dessert
Choux, Hazelnuts, Christmas Cake
Choux bun filled with Christmas cake parfait and white chocolate ganache, topped with Mirabelle plum gel, candied hazelnuts and Douglas fir sherbet.

Whilst we schedule your delivery for your chosen date, unexpected delays may occur beyond our control. Specialist packaging is designed to keep your food chilled during this transit time-period.
