Pablo beetroots glazed in beetroot juice and Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar, served with pickled blackberries, a tomato ‘caramel’, punchy horseradish crème fraiche and Haxby Bakehouse rye bread.
Mushroom, Ricotta, Onion, Old Winchester
A creamy mushroom spelt risotto served with whipped mushroom ricotta, pickled onions, and roast King Oyster mushrooms. Garnished with a generous grating of Old Winchester cheese.
Blackberry & White Chocolate
A light and fluffy meringue topped with blackberry compote and clotted cream. Finished with dots of blackberry compote and shards of white chocolate – an Oldstead twist on a classic Eton Mess.
