Starter
Chicken, Rye, Cornichon
To begin, chicken liver parfait topped with a seasonal mulled hedgerow jelly. Served with toasted Haxby rye bread and our 2022 vintage of Oldstead cornichons.

Main
Turkey, Potato, Sloe
Our take on the much-loved Christmas classic; turkey ballotine served with duck fat potato rostis, a pork and thyme ‘sausage roll’, Tenderstem broccoli and braised red cabbage. Accompanied by a festive sloe jelly, pommery mustard emulsion and finished with a generous serving of veal jus.

Dessert
Salted Caramel Fondant, Toffee Apple Sauce
To finish, salted caramel fondant with a toffee apple sauce, topped with caramelised white chocolate.
