Oldstead salami made from our own rare-breed pigs served with our twist on a classic Italian panzanella salad, accompanied by whole wheat croutons, pickled cucumbers and a Romesco sauce.

Main 

Lamb, Pea, Lovage

Roast lamb rump and a lamb faggot accompanied by charred Baby Gem lettuce, fresh peas and a lovage vinegar gel. Served with a pea puree, potatoes in herb butter and Oldstead chimichurri, and finished with a rich lamb jus.

Optional wine pairing: Banks Brothers Pinot Noir No. 7

Dessert

Strawberry, Basil, Elderflower

Shortbread topped with an oat mousse and macerated strawberries and accompanied by a basil jelly and elderflower aero.
