To celebrate the start of a new season here in Oldstead, aptly named The Preserving Season by Tommy, our Signature Dinner Party menu has had a seasonal refresh.

TO SNACK 

Rosemary & Garlic Nuts

 COURSE ONE

Oldstead Charcuterie Platter

Fennel salami and sliced lomo, served with pickled carrot, pickled crown prince and pickled onion petals, alongside Haxby Sourdough served with a sour butter and wild garlic salt, and rosemary and garlic grazing nuts.

Paired with Banks Brothers No. 13 Pineau D’aunis Rose

Sourdough & Butter

Haxby sourdough served with a sour butter and wild garlic salt.

COURSE TWO

Beetroot, Horseradish, Redcurrant

Glazed beetroot dressed with dill oil, topped with horseradish goat’s curd, macerated redcurrants, red mustard leaves and linseed granola.

 COURSE THREE

Beef, Kale, Truffle

Tommy’s famous beef wellington, served with smoked pomme puree, garlic kale, baby gem, red chicory and guanciale, finished with a beef, onion and truffle sauce and dill dressing. 

Paired with Banks Brothers No.1.1 Syrah Mourvèdre

PALETTE CLEANSER

Cucumber & Mint

A quick palate cleanser of cucumber and mint juice.

COURSE FOUR

Lemon Verbena & Chocolate

A layered lemon verbena dessert, lemon verbena posset, chocolate ganache and buttermilk panna cotta.

 COURSE FIVE

Salted Caramel & Toffee Apple

An indulgent, melt-in-the-middle salted caramel fondant topped with a toffee apple sauce and finished with caramelised white chocolate.

Paired with Banks Brothers No.2.1 Cape Vintage

This menu is designed to serve four people. It will be delivered to the comfort of your home by our third-party courier. Whilst we schedule your delivery for your chosen date, unexpected delays may occur beyond our control. Specialist packaging is designed to keep your food chilled during this transit time-period.

Need your order for a dinner party or special occasion? We advise to always allow an extra 24 hours and select your delivery date for the day prior to the event. Please contact enquiries@madeinoldstead.co.uk if you require further advice.

Please refrigerate your delivery as soon as possible and enjoy within 3 days of receipt (unless stated otherwise).

Food box orders may be packaged and sent in more than one delivery. Therefore, your orders may arrive separately. Food box sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
